Data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors, gaps, or delays; we work to correct defects and publish our methodology, but we do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Content on IdleAlpha is general research, not individualized advice. It does not consider your objectives, finances, or risk tolerance. Past performance — including backtested and paper-traded performance — is not indicative of future results. Backtested results in particular have inherent limitations and are prepared with the benefit of hindsight. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or resell data, or interfere with other users.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your profile; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact support for a full refund. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
You may not: redistribute, resell, or systematically scrape platform data or content; reverse-engineer the service; use the service to violate any law; or misrepresent IdleAlpha content as personalized advice when sharing it.
The platform, its methodology descriptions, scores, and research notes are owned by IdleAlpha. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own research.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdleAlpha is not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on any data, score, or research note. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
